Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word
The Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, in international organization dedicated to education, healthcare and service to the underserved, invites applications for the position of Director of CCVI Ministries, Inc.
CCVI Ministries, Inc. has oversight for ten Congregationally-sponsored ministries located in Texas, Missouri and Mexico. Its purpose is to support, promote and empower the living out of Christ’s mission and the Congregational charism in the sponsored ministries.
The search committee seeks an experienced and energetic leader who embraces the mission and charism of the Congregation and the Catholic identity of its ministries. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to monitoring each ministry’s fidelity to its Mission; arranging formation opportunities for Board members and CEO’s; cultivating potential Board members; building inter-ministry relationships that support resource sharing, communication, strategic and financial planning, development and sustainability of each ministry.
Education and Experience: Graduate level degree required. Three year’s experience working with Boards of Directors and CEOs of non-profit organizations and knowledge of Catholic educational and service organizations required. Catholic preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) helpful.
Qualifications: proven leadership skills, creative and visionary, competency in strategic planning, ability to communicate across all levels of the organizations involved, be a team builder, have good relational, interpersonal, collaborative and motivational skills and forthrightness in working with the CCVI Ministries Board and religious Congregation. Be willing to travel.
Salary range: negotiable
