Children’s Spirituality & Practices of Care

This course evaluates the developing interdisciplinary field of children’s spirituality, with an aim to deepening the practical and theoretical readiness of students for various forms of teaching and caregiving. This course will address the following topics:
- Early Childhood Religious Education
- Parenting and Catechesis
- Liturgical Ministries and Prayer with Children
- Child Theology and Disability
- Trauma-informed Care
- Multi-Cultural Contexts
