Per Texas State Law – SB 1107 – MACC provides the following information and requires the Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Compliance Form to ensure the safety of its learning community. If you are planning to enroll in classes at MACC, you must meet one of the methods of compliance as noted within the compliance form and submit the corresponding documentation.
