The Mexican American Catholic College believes strongly in supporting the needs of congregations by delivering programming, educational experiences and coaching services. This collection reflects MACC’s commitment to women religious and offers lasting access to the resources and formation efforts that shaped these intercultural ministry and leadership pathways.
Certificate in Intercultural Ministry
The Mexican American Catholic College (MACC) in collaboration with the Asociación de Hermanas Latinas Misioneras en América (AHLMA) developed the Certificate in Intercultural Ministry as a two-year program in forming religious sisters to serve in leadership roles in their ministries thanks to a grant from the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation and MACC Scholarships.
While the program is no longer accepting new students, the program details and resources remain available for past participants and congregations seeking reference materials.
Weaving Cultures ~ Entrelazando Culturas
Weaving Cultures ~ Entrelazando Culturas was offered as an intercultural formation program designed for international congregations of women religious. It provided educational and formational experiences, coaching services, and resources addressing cultural and generational diversity.
Congregational teams were selected based on diversity, leadership roles, and commitment to a two‑year learning covenant that included residential programs and ongoing coaching. These materials remain available as an archive for former participants.
