Apply for admission and aid
To apply for admission to one of our programs, please click here.
Limited institutional aid is available and MACC students are not eligible for federal aid. To apply for tuition assistance, click here. Students are encouraged to apply for external aid and are further encouraged to apply each academic term.
Apply for concurrent enrollment in the collaborative program with UIW
MACC is not currently regionally accredited; however, we work collaboratively with the University of the Incarnate Word (UIW), where our program is available at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Use the inquiry form above to contact us with any questions.

Gain access to important student accounts
All admitted students receive an automatic notification from our record system, Populi. Use it to create your password, login to Populi, and review your schedule. This is also where you’ll check your grades. Some instructors will also post assignments and additional resources there. You can also print your schedule to present it for help at the Bookstore. Enrolled students additionally receive information regarding other important accounts, such as Office 365 and Zoom.
Advisement & registration
The advisement and registration process vary according to the student’s program. Program directors and coordinators provide the details. Watch this video if you’re ready to register or contact Adriana Garcia at 210-732-2156 ext. 7126.
Prepare for classes
The Office of Degree Based Programs provides new students Orientation information. All students must attend as designated. During orientation, you will also have the opportunity to visit the bookstore to purchase your textbooks and obtain your MACC student ID card.

Adhere to the policies and guidelines provided in the Academic Catalog, MACC Student Handbook and your course syllabi.
